Our story
A little dark, a little tropical, always warm.
Hibiscus Hour started as a backyard ritual: friends, a bowl of agua de jamaica, a record player and whatever was growing in the garden. In 2021 we gave it forty seats, a green-tiled bar and a room full of candles a block off the Wynwood Walls.
Our bar team builds every menu around Miami's markets — guava, passionfruit, mango, Cuban coffee, the hibiscus we steep in-house every morning. Come for one. Stay for the trio.
